1. The Problem

Today's traders are forced to juggle multiple platforms. Crypto on one exchange, stocks on another, forex on a third, commodities on a fourth. Each platform requires separate accounts, KYC verification, deposits, and withdrawal processes.

This fragmentation costs traders time, money, and opportunity. Moving value from Bitcoin to a tokenized stock can take days and cost several percent in cumulative fees across platforms. Meanwhile, centralized exchanges hold your assets in custodial wallets, introducing the exact counterparty risk that blockchain technology was designed to eliminate.

2. The Orvunto Solution

3. How It Works

Orvunto replaces traditional order books with a Reserve Warehouse, a network of smart-contract-managed liquidity pools holding diverse assets. Here's how a trade works:

1. Connect your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.).
2. Select the assets you want to swap (e.g., ETH → Gold).
3. The protocol queries all reserves and shows you the best guaranteed rate.
4. Sign one transaction. Your ETH goes to the reserve, gold arrives in your wallet.
5. Done. Instant. No deposits, no withdrawals, no waiting.

Think of it like a currency exchange counter, except it's on-chain, instant, non-custodial, and works for every asset class in the world.

4. The OVU Token

What OVU does for holders:

• Staking Rewards. Earn daily rewards from protocol trading fees (50% of the community fee pool goes to stakers).

5. Fee-Funded Rewards

When users trade on Orvunto, the protocol collects a small trading fee: 0.3% on a standard swap, 0.1% on stablecoin pairs. These fees are the sole source of staking rewards: no inflationary token emissions, no "promised yields."

No lock-up is required: flexible staking earns the full base rate and can unstake at any time. Optional lock periods boost rewards, up to 2× for a 365-day lock. Rewards are claimable at any time and can be auto-compounded.

The math is simple: more trading volume means more fees collected, means higher staking rewards. Orvunto's rewards scale with real protocol usage.

6. Security

Orvunto takes a trust-minimized approach to security:

• Triple-Audited. Smart contracts audited by Coinsult, CertiK, and SolidProof.
• Non-Custodial. The protocol never holds user funds; assets stay in your wallet until swap execution.
• KYC-Verified Team. Core team identity verified by an independent third party.
• Multi-Sig Treasury. Multiple independent signatures required for any treasury operation.
• Bug Bounty. Rewards for responsibly disclosed critical vulnerabilities.
• Emergency Pause. A guardian multi-sig can halt the protocol if an exploit is detected.
